Crowd was pathetic not appropriate for family. Cocroch were there not at all clean. Washrooms were old and ruined 😒

“The room lacked cleanliness and hygiene. The bedsheets had spots, the washroom was not clean, and the WC was especially unhygienic. Very disappointing.”

The rooms were very small. The room was very dirty, bathroom was so dirty, not any amenities were given. staff behaviour are so rude. not recommended as any way.

My train reached early and in Haridwar all hotels have a policy of 12 noon check in. So I travelled with my family, we put our luggages in the hotel's store room and went sightseeing. After returning it was 10:30 am and we were exhausted. I requested them for early check in, but instead they provided me a room in which we can rest and freshnup. I was very delighted with this gesture. Thank you very much we had great experience at your hotel. Supportive staff and over all good experience 👍🏼

The bathroom was not clean initially, but after contacting housekeeping, they cleaned it. The fan was not working properly, but after raising a complaint, an electrician was called to repair it. The floor and bedsheet were also not clean, but upon request, the bedsheet was changed.
